School Community Council

The St Joseph’s School Community Council (SCC) recognises and values the role that parents and carers play in the education of their children and aims to strengthen the partnership between family, school, parish and the wider community for the benefit of their children’s overall development and learning.

The SCC endeavours to reach out to all associated with the school to build a friendly and welcoming faith filled community which seeks to involve all its members.

Additionally, the SCC organises and co-ordinates a variety of fundraisers and social events throughout the year. This provides resources and opportunities for enriching the learning environment of the school.

All parents and carers of children enrolled at St Joseph’s automatically become members of the School Community Council and are encouraged to attend general meetings held twice a year.
